Terms of Service

Effective August 26, 2026

Using URLTracker

You may use URLTracker to create tracked links, tracking pixels, QR codes, and analytics for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the destinations, campaigns, content, and data collection connected to your account.

Prohibited activity

You may not use URLTracker for phishing, malware, spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to bypass security or service limits. We may disable links or accounts that create risk or violate these terms.

Tracking and consent

You must provide legally required privacy notices and obtain any consent needed for your use of URLTracker. You must not misrepresent what a link does. Exact device location may be requested only through an explicit visitor permission flow.

Availability and changes

The service is currently offered free during launch. Features, limits, domains, and availability may change. We work to keep URLTracker reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your content and destinations

You retain responsibility for the URLs and campaign information you submit. You grant URLTracker the limited permission needed to store, process, redirect, and display that information to operate the service.

Limitation and termination

To the extent permitted by law, URLTracker is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service. You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or protection of the platform.
